AMIGUITO -who are we?

The Amiguito Foundation was raised by Ferry Seegers after some travels to Latin America. After the orphans of Mexico and the street children of Bolivia he thought it was time to do something for the abandoned children himself. In his travels he found out that the people in these countries are able to solve their problems themselves... just with a little help from volunteers or financial aid.

It was not too hard to find people who wanted to help him and shortly after his thoughts he raised the Amiguito Foundation. Raised at a notary and part of the Chamber of Commerce in Holland, the Amiguito Foundation is a legitimate organization by Dutch law.

Amiguitos Goal is supporting existing projects or helping start new projects that will improve the environment for children to live in. Children who are orphans, street children, abandoned children, children from broken families or children who come from extreme poverty...

We think it's necessary that also these children have a chance to a great future. They have the right to grow up in a safe and secure environment surrounded by the love of other people. Every child needs to have time to play and having fun. Also every child has the right to good education... we believe education is the main ingredient for a good future...
